Joseph Swierczewski was hired to take over the men's and women's tennis program at Vaughn College in 2015. Coach Swierczewski has focused on developing the talent on his teams for the first two seasons as the head of the Warriors' tennis program.

Swierczewski received his education at St. Joseph's College (Brooklyn) where he played on the baseball team for four years. However Swierczewski also has a background in tennis, playing the sport since his childhood years. He graduated St. Joseph's College (Brooklyn) in 2014 with a degree in Recreation Management.  

Coach Swierczewski has brought a winning mentality to the Warriors' tennis program. The men's tennis team has made the playoffs in both seasons underneath Swierczewski's leadership. He has coached two all-conference players and one rookie of the year. In 2016, Swierczewski lead the men's tennis team to their first semi-finals appearance in the Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (HVIAC).
