BROOKLYN, N.Y. – On Sunday, November 23, junior guard Cianna Peterson (Detroit, MI) scored a season high 31 points and grabbed nine rebounds  in the Warriors win over King's College. Peterson kick-started the Warriors offense after a sluggish start by the team. At the half the Warriors had a 25 point lead over Kings College. In the second half the Warriors had complete control of the game, extending their lead to as much as 41 points.

Maia Rivers (Dix Hills, NY) scored 20 points in the game and Aiysha Dunlap (Amittyville, NY) chipped in 12 points and 13 rebounds for the Warriors.

The win improves the Warriors record to 2-1 overall. The Warriors return to action on Thursday, December 4, when they take on Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (HVIAC) opponent Pratt Institute.
