JFK Annual 5K Race

QUEENS, N.Y. – On Sunday, May 5, thirteen Vaughn College students participated in the annual JFK Runway 5K race. The event, which started at 9 a.m., saw Vaughn students running on JFK's 13R runway alongside over a thousand participants.

Brian Wu was the top finisher for Vaughn, completing the race in 34:37. He was closely followed by Gio Martinez, who finished in 36:48, and Christopher Lee at 37:15. All Vaughn participants completed the race, capturing memorable moments along the way.

The athletics department thanks all students who took part and looks forward to seeing even more participants next year
