Alumnus, Class of 2014 – B.S. in General Management

Jihad Ceaser is a dedicated alumnus and the current Director of Athletics at Vaughn College. He graduated in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in general management and was a standout member of the men’s basketball team, serving as a three-year captain. During his collegiate career, he received multiple honors from the Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (HVIAC), including All-HVIAC Team recognition.

Jihad began his career at Vaughn in a part-time role as an athletics assistant. His passion for student development and strong work ethic quickly led to his promotion to assistant director of athletics. In that role, he also contributed as an assistant coach for both the men’s and women’s basketball teams. Today, as Director of Athletics, he is committed to promoting an active and inclusive environment for all students, whether they participate in varsity sports, club sports, or recreational activities.

A native of Long Island, New York, Jihad is a graduate of Hempstead High School, where he was a three-year member of both the boys’ basketball and track and field teams. His lifelong dedication to athletics and student engagement continues to drive his mission to enhance the student experience at Vaughn College.
