The women's basketball team traveled to Five Towns College (FTC) on Wednesday, December 5. Unfortunately for the Warriors they were short-handed due to several players taking final exams. The Warriors competed hard but did not have enough depth to compete against the FTC Sound and overcome a tough home crowd. 

Xylene Decoteau (St. Albans, NY), scored eight points, grabbed four rebounds and had one steal in the loss. Alexa Cruz (Pompton Lakes, NJ) finished the game with seven points and a team-high 14 rebounds. Cruz has recorded 10 or more rebounds in every game this season. 

The Warriors will be on break until the new year. They will return to the court on Saturday, January 12, against NCAA Division III non-conference opponent Sarah Lawrence College.
