Junior captain Maia Rivers (Dix Hills, NY) has been the driving force for the Lady Warriors this season. She has scored in double figures in 17 outtings. She has finished with 20 or more points in three contest, including netting a season high 27 points against Pratt Institute and Berkeley College (NY). Rivers recorded a career high six double-doubles this year. Her leadership on and off the court has propelled her to be one of the top players in the HVIAC. At the end of the season Rivers  was named to Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (HVIAC) 2016-17 Women's Basketball All-Conference Team. This is the year in a row she has made the HVIAC Women's Basketall All-Conference Team.
