The Vaughn College women's basketball team traveled to Pennsylvania to take on the University of Valley Forge Christian Patriots on Tuesday, January 31. The Lady Warriors only dressed seven players for the contest. Despite being out-manned and out-matched they competed extremely well for the entire game. The Lady Warriors would fall to the Patriots by a final score of 72-43.

Freshman guard Kayla Bryant (Bronx, NY) scored a team high 21 points and pulled down seven rebounds. Crystal Ferguson (Queens Village, NY) poured in seven points and grabbed three rebounds. Ciara Boggs (Croton on Hudson, NY) put together a solid performance with six points and a season high 12 rebounds. Nicole White (St. Pauls, NC) added four points and 11 rebounds. 

The Lady Warriors will be back in action on Wednesday, February 1. They will travel to SUNY Delhi to take on the Broncos.
