Manhattan, N.Y. -- Freshman forward, John  Ulusoy (Astoria, NY), scored his third goal of the season against the visiting Culinary Institute Steels on Saturday, October16. Ulusoy has been a consistent scoring threat for the Warriors this season. His third career goal came off a beautiful assist from Wole Banarde (Brooklyn, NY).

The Warriors hosted the Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (HVIAC) match at Randall's Island. Both teams competed with high energy and effort. The Warriors were unable to contain a determined CIA Steels team. They would go on to fall to the Steels. The loss hurts the Warriors fight for the HVIAC post-season tournament.
