SOUTHINGTON, C.T. - The Vaughn College Warriors defeated New England Baptist College on Friday, February 3. The 76-65 victory extends the Warriors win-streak. For the first time all year the Warriors had four players recorded double-doubles.

Joshua Waithe (Brooklyn, NY)  had another dominant performance. Waithe paced the Warriors with 14 points and a career-high 16 rebounds. Senior forward Michael Reed (Freeport, NY) scored 14 points and grabbed 12 rebounds. Salman Benzaid (Bronx, NY) had his best game of the season registering his first double-double. He poured in 12 points and pulled down 12 rebounds. Cedric Green (Brooklyn, NY) added 14 points and and 12 rebounds. Ean Chambers (Ewing Township, NJ)  chipped in 13 points, four rebounds, four assists and five steals. 

The Warriors next contest will be on the road against Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Conference (HVIAC) opponent SUNY ESF.
