The Hudson Valley Women's Athletic Conference (HVWAC) announced its 2012 Fall All-Academic Team with 79 student athletes earning recognition. The All-Academic Team recognizes excellence in the classroom and the devotion it takes to be a student athlete.
Sophomore Francheska Rodriguez is a member of the women's cross country team at Vaughn College. Rodriguez showed the dedication and hard work in maintaining her GPA and achieving success on the field. The faculty and staff at Vaughn are dedicated to helping student athletes excel in the classroom, and are excited to present Rodriguez with a certificate from the conference.
The All-Academic Team consists of student athletes who have reached sophomore academic standing and have earned a 3.5 cumulative grade point average or better at the conclusion of the fall semester and have participated in one of the conference's four fall sports - cross country, soccer, tennis and volleyball.
