The women's tennis team defeated the Berkeley College (NY) Knights on Saturday, October 21, at the United States Tennis Association (USTA) Center. The Warriors won the Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (HVIAC) match by a final score of 6-3.

Christina Deluca (Massapequa, NY) played extremely well for the Warriors. Deluca defeated her number three singles opponent 10-2 and also won her number two doubles match, 8-1.

The victory improves the women's tennis team's record to 2-1 in the HVIAC. They will begin preparing for the HVIAC post-season set to start next week.
