Warriors Fall to the Lions

The Vaughn College women's basketball team dropped another Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (HVIAC) game on Thursday, February 7. The Warriors battled the King's College Lions at the Aviator Sports and Recreation Center. The short-handed Warriors let a seven point half-time deficit balloon to18 points in the second half. However there was no quit in the Warriors as they competed valiantly until the end of the game.

The loss knocks the Warriors out of playoff contention in the HVIAC. The loss also marks the first time the Warriors have been defeated by the Lions since the 2012-13 season.
