The Warriors were back in action on Sunday, April 22. They faced Webb Institute for their third Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (HVIAC) contest of the season.
Once again the Warriors got off to a slow start. They had a hard time against Web during their singles matches, losing 6 straight. The Warriors would rally during doubles. Michael Panico (Ronkomkoma, NY) and Raphael Cordina (Nice, FR) teamed up to defeat their doubles opponents in overtime, (8-7) (8-6) Cordina has now won seven matches this season to lead the team. Unfortunately the Warriors would go on to lose their final two doubles matches. They would fall to Webb Institute by a final score of 1-8.
