The Vaughn College Warriors men's tennis team started off their season with a huge win against NCAA Division III opponent Albertus Magnus College on Saturday, March 3. The victory marks the first time the Warriors have defeated the Falcons since the two teams first faced each other in 2013.
The Warriors took a strong lead winning all three doubles matches to begin play. They would go on to defeat the Falcons by a final score of 7-2.
The men's tennis team were lead by their veteran players Tobi Oladeji (Lagos, NGR ) Michael Panico (Ronkonkoma, NY) and Raphael Cordina (Nice, FR). Cordina defeated both his singles and doubled opponents in the triumph over the Falcons.
