Scranton, P.A. - Ean Chambers (Ewing Township, NJ) dropped 19 points against Penn State Scranton in their season opener match-up. Chambers was nearly perfect from the charity stripe, shooting 9-10. He knocked down two triples, grabbed three rebounds and had two steals. Chambers averaged just under nine points per game in his freshman campaign. His 19 point outburst was a career high. Chambers looks poised to have a great season for the Vaughn College Phoenix. 

Despite a great performance from Chambers,Vaughn College shot poorly from the field, 31.7% and poorly from the three-point line, 17.4%. They would go on to drop their season opener on the road against the Penn State Scranton Nittany Lions. 

Geremy Urena (Bronx, NY) had an efficient game with 13 points on 5-11 shooting. Urena also grabbed four rebounds and had 1 assist. Salman Benzaid (Bronx, NY) added eight points and pulled down a team-high eight rebounds. Rabiu Abubakar (Bronx, NY) chipped in eight points, one assist and one steal.
