Men Win Second Straight Game

The Warriors men's basketball team won their second straight game defeating The King's College at Aviator Sports and Recreation Center on Thursday, February 7. It was a close game throughout the contest but late baskets by sophomore captian Kemarlie Mclean (Brooklyn, NY) helped the Warriors to secure a huge 70-61 victory over the Lions. Mclean filled the boxscore with a game-high 24 points, six rebounds, three assists and two steals. 

Michael Reed (Freeport, NY) had another solid performance for the Warriors. Reed registered 15 points, three rebounds and two steals. Tzu Ching Chen (Flushing, NY) added 12 points and four rebounds. Johnny Guity (Bronx, NY) chipped in 11 points, four rebounds, three assists and two steals. 

The Warriors improve their record in the Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (HVAIC) to 2-3. They will host Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (ACPHS) in their next contest as they continue to fight their way into the HVAIC playfoffs.
