The men's basketball team continued their non-conference schedule on Monday, December 4, against the visiting Florida National University Conquistadors. The Warriors entered the game on a two-game losing streak. Despite solid performances from the Warriors' newcomers Kermarlie Mclean (Brooklyn, NY) and Bryan Green (Bronx, NY), the men's basketball team fell the Conquistadors by a final score of 109-88. The loss extends the Warriors losing streak to three games.

Kermarlie Mclean scored a career-high 29 points on 50 percent shooting from the field. Mclean connected on seven out of 15 triples in the game. Bryan Green recorded his sixth double-double in six games for the Warriors. Green finished with 24 points on 11-13 shooting and grabbed a game-high 18 rebounds. James Morel (Woodhaven, NY) added 13 points and four rebounds. Maleec Taylor (Roosevelt, NY) chipped in 12 points, three rebounds and two assists. Kenneth Charles (Queens, NY) had five points and nine rebounds.

The men's basketball team will look to end their three game slide on Thursday, December 7, when they travel to Connecticut to take on New England Baptist.
