Warriors Suffer Second Straight Loss

The men's basketball team suffered their second straight loss of the season on Wednesday, November 29, to the Bard College Raptors. The Warriors were short-handed for the contest against the Raptors and were plagued with foul trouble throughout the entire game. The Warriors competed hard but could not match the intensity from the Raptor's or their home crowd.

Bryan Green (Bronx, NY) was a huge bright spot for the Warriors. The forward from the Bronx scored a team high 28 points and pulled down a game high 13 rebounds. Green extends his streak of consecutive double-doubles to five games.

Kermarlie Mclean (Brooklyn, NY) was the second leading scorer for the Warriors. The freshman guard finished the game with 10 points and one assist. Kenneth Charles (Queens, NY) chipped in six points and eight rebounds. James Morel (Woodhaven, NY) added six points  and dished out four assists.

The men's basketball team will have a few days off before they host non-conference opponent Florida National University on Monday, December 4, at Elmcor Recreation Center. The game is scheduled to tip-off at 7 p.m.
