The Vaughn College men's basketball team won their second game in a row on Saturday, December 10, against Five Towns College. The Warriors out-rebounded Five Towns College, recorded more steals and had less turnovers. 

Kevin Vanderpool (Yonkers, NY) erupted for 27 points on 10-15 shooting from the field and 4-6 shooting from distance. Michael Pena (Dumont, NJ) poured in 18 points and pulled down five rebounds. Lamink Barr (Yonkers, NY) recorded another double-double. Barr finished with 10 points and a game high 11 rebounds. Donald Tompson chipped in 10 points and grabbed seven rebounds.

The Warriors will have a week off before they return to action. They will be away at Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (HVIAC) opponent Culinary Institute on Saturday, December 17.
