Chaucer Receives Male Athlete of the Year Honors

On Wednesday, May 13, Vaughn College hosted its annual Honors Convocation. During Honors Convocation students were recognized for their academic and athletic achievements throughout the 2014-15 academic year. Moises Chaucer (Bronx, NY) was named the Male Athlete of the Year for his work ethic on the court, in the classroom, and his impact on campus. Chaucer competed on three varsity teams for the Vaughn Warriors including men's basketball, men's baseball, and men's cross country. Chaucer possesses all of the qualities to be a great leader and mentor to all those who look up to him. With his junior year complete, Chaucer plans on returning to Vaughn for his senior year to finish off his career winning a Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (HVIAC) championship.
