Warriors Season Review

Warriors Season Review

The Warriors finished up a phenomenal record breaking season with a 16 point loss in the HVIAC championship game against St. Joseph's College. The Warriors had an overall 14-11 record and were 5-2 in the Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Conference (HVIAC). For the first time in the institution's history, the Warriors had a perfect 8-0 record at Elmcor Recreation Center, their home facility. The Warriors squared off with a number of NCAA teams this season and top ranked USCAA opponents. They posted wins against NCAA CUNY conference powerhouse Brooklyn College and against USCAA Southern Maine Community College, the number four ranked team in the USCAA. The Warriors received recognition of their outstanding season by the USCAA and were nominated to be invited to the national USCAA tournament. Unfortunately the Warriors were not selected to participate in the national USCAA tournament, just missing the tournament by a few votes.
