Astoria, N.Y. – Sophomore guard Rashad Luckett (Chicago, IL) has returned to the Warriors after missing several games, due to nagging hamstring injury, putting up solid numbers for the men's basketball team. In a pair of conference wins last week, Luckett led the Warriors in scoring averaging 22 points per game. Against Pratt Institute, Luckett scored 18 points, pulled down seven rebounds, swiped five steals, and dished out three assists. In a nail-biting win over Albany Pharmacy, Luckett poured in a game high 26 points and stuffed the stat sheet with seven rebounds, three steals and two assists. Luckett's performances helped earn him his first Player of the Week honors from the HVIAC.
